Expanding the Global Talent Chain, Precisely Matching Overseas Elites
Facing the global emphasis on the semiconductor industry and challenges brought by geopolitics, Taiwan's semiconductor companies are actively promoting global deployment and incorporating international top talent into key resource strategies. Since 2023, IEI has promoted a customized talent recruitment mechanism for "enterprise-designated countries and institutions," helping Taiwan's semiconductor companies establish direct exchange channels with overseas universities.
Targeting key Southeast Asian countries, focusing on top engineering universities in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam, and partnering with Taiwan's leading companies such as TSMC, ASE, Phison Electronics, and UMC, as well as top universities including National Taiwan University, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, and National Cheng Kung University. Over three years, this has attracted over 4,000 local talents to participate in corporate interviews, successfully establishing a stable international talent supply channel for Taiwan's semiconductor industry.

Pioneering International Semiconductor Talent Training Model — Accelerating Taiwan's Semiconductor Industry International Talent Deployment!
IEI pioneered the "International Talent Semiconductor Thematic Training," building a dedicated channel for international STEM talents to enter Taiwan's semiconductor industry through the international talent recruitment mechanism.
Inviting National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, National Taipei University of Technology, Cheng Shiu University, and Lunghwa University of Science and Technology to participate, and connecting corporate resources from Micron Taiwan, ASE, Sigurd Microelectronics, and Sky Technology. The program offers key job-themed courses including process engineers, smart manufacturing engineers, IC packaging and testing equipment, facilities, and test engineers.
