Aligned with the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ Industrial Development Bureau’s strategic direction for the smart‑electronics industry, we launched the Innovative & Forward‑Looking Leadership Talent Program in 2010. To date, this initiative has brought together nearly 100 domestic and international CEOs and CTOs as instructors, all sharing cutting‑edge trends and proven best practices in the smart‑electronics field.
In 2018, the program’s curriculum centered on AIoT application technologies and smart manufacturing. The Taipei opening ceremony featured distinguished speakers: Microsoft Chief Technology Officer Shou‑Cheng Chen; Advantech CTO Ruey‑Hsiang Yang; NVIDIA Associate Director Yi‑Chi Hsiao; and Tsinghua University Chair Professor Cheng‑Fu Chien. That same year, we expanded to Taichung for the first time, inviting Solomon Systech Vice President Tsai‑Kun Kuo and Taiwan Institute of Economic Research Director Chi‑Jen Yeh as keynote guests. These heavyweight experts and global‑leading enterprises offered forward‑looking insights and strategic roadmaps, guiding industry executives to leverage their existing strengths and unlock new growth trajectories.
Our theme‑based course design is tightly aligned with evolving industry trends, delivering market‑leading and forward‑looking technologies that help enterprises accelerate the development and launch of new products and services.
Organizing smart electronics industry enterprise exchange activities, building industry interaction platforms. Through practical observation and learning, we grasp market demands and technical directions, combine cross-field industry capabilities, and create development opportunities in the smart electronics field.
2018 visiting organizations: FFG Group and Yang Ming University. Yang Ming University combined training and visits, arranging visits to the Brain Science Translational Research Laboratory, Sleep Research Center, and Cloud Health Exhibition Center. FFG Group shared the latest technology, product application examples, and industry trend analysis. Enterprises learned from major manufacturers' strategic planning and industry-academia-research innovation experience, contemplated product or technology development strategies, and grasped market opportunities. This promoted industry-academia-research exchange and cooperation.
