To develop industry‐focused talent training, it is essential first to understand the true demand for skilled professionals. By aligning domestic and international semiconductor trends—such as AI, the Internet of Things, automotive electronics, cloud big‐data analytics, smart manufacturing, and 5G—with both quantitative surveys of talent supply and demand and qualitative integrated analyses of training‐related skill items (including in‐depth interviews), we can build a comprehensive supply‑and‑demand gap forecasting model. This model illuminates the development trajectory and talent needs of the smart electronics industry, enabling us to accurately assess whether current workforce capabilities meet corporate requirements. It also guides the strategic allocation of training resources toward critical technical courses that are in short supply domestically. By examining industry talent‐demand patterns and convening experts from academia, industry, and research to review the findings, we can formulate targeted talent‐development strategies and collect feedback—providing the foundation for planning key technical training curricula over the short, medium, and long term.
