The plan was previously known as the "Semiconductor Academy Plan", which was transformed in 133 to focus on smart electronics applications, with "talent development" and "industry promotion" as its core. It aims to cultivate high-value-added technical talents, enhance industry competitiveness. Through talent supply and demand surveys, professional training, industry-academia cooperation, and international linkages, it strengthens the foundation of industry development and introduces various training modes, such as on-site exchanges, ability assessments, and employment counseling, to help enterprises accelerate their smart innovation, build a perfect innovation ecosystem.
