Job Description
- Conduct Failure Mode Effectiveness Analysis (FMEA) where applicable.
- Review and analyze wafer test yields, Hold Lot Disposition and resolve (debug) any associated issues impacting yield.
- Perform device / hardware test qualification / Correlation and the issuance of the associated reports.

- Lead & direct a team of line leaders to fulfill daily production output & yield targets.
- Participate in continuous improvement program by working closely among inter department to prepare, review and implement operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customer’s surveillance requirements.

- Assist Manufacturing to setup system or production whenever required.

Job Description
- Lead and collaborate with operational teams to achieve the company's quality goals and targets.
- Dispose of non-conforming hold lots to meet production output and delivery demands.
- Address customer action requests with effective corrective actions and close the 8D report on time.
- Conduct regular quality process audits and drive quality improvement.
