Lunghwa University of Science and Technology was established in 1969. Currently, it has 3 colleges, i.e. College of Engineering, College of Management, and College of Humanity and Design with 14 Departments, 8 Master's Programs and one doctoral degree program. Lunghwa is near to Taipei City, just 1 km from Huilong station (of Taipei MRT system), 30 minutes to Taipei Railway Station and 40 minutes to Taoyuan international airport.
Lunghwa University and Science and Technology has been chosen in Top 20 “Best University for Performance Growth”for six consecutive years based on a mutual evaluation by university presidents in Taiwan surveyed by Cheer Magazine. Lunghwa’s graduates rank No. 1 favored by enterprises among the private universities of science and technology in four consecutive years according to the surveys made by Vision Magazine in Taiwan.
Lunghwa University and Science and Technology has already established 10 featured Practical Sites. Three of the featured practical sites are supported by MOE as “Industry Elite Training and Demonstration Center”. They are “3D Digital Circuit Board Design & Intelligence Manufacturing Factory”, “5G Communication Module Testing and Adjusting Service Training Center” and “High-Speed Electronic Transmission Interface Packaging Design and Testing Talent Training and Technology Center”. In regard to semiconductor, Lunghwa has established “Power Semiconductor Module Packaging and Testing Factory”, “Semiconductor Device Manufacturing Process Center” and “Semiconductor Material Analysis and Research Center”.

Program Introduction
A 2-year program; the courses in this program are jointly designed by the university and the cooperated company. It may have the opportunity to do internship at the cooperated enterprise during the period of studying at Lunghwa. Students receiving scholarships from Taiwanese government and cooperated enterprise are obligated to stay in Taiwan after graduation and to work for the cooperated enterprise a period of time at least equivalent to the period they receive scholarships.
