- Conduct Failure Mode Effectiveness Analysis (FMEA) where applicable.
- Review and analyze wafer test yields, Hold Lot Disposition and resolve (debug) any associated issues impacting yield.
- Perform device / hardware test qualification / Correlation and the issuance of the associated reports.
