1. 從事電腦BIOS與BIOS相關應用軟體開發、除錯、維護
2. BIOS應用規格及流程撰寫
3. 熟C語言，熟組合語言尤佳
4. 對PC設計具有興趣與熱忱，學習能力佳，無經驗可。雖非資訊相關科系者亦非常歡迎主動應徵本職缺

為期 3 個月BIOS專業訓練課程
由於BIOS技術之獨特性，系微特別設置了內部BIOS新生訓練中心，針對無任何BIOS經驗的工程研發新進員工，安排長達3個月的內部訓練及實作課程，不懂BIOS也別擔心，專業訓練課程讓無經驗的你也可以快速上手！
